It is not possible to apply yet; the first of two application rounds will open on March 9 and will last until April 19. More information and the application form will follow soon.
SOLID consists of 5 sub-teams, each with their own responsibilities:
T-team (Technical team):
The technical team is responsible for developing and building SOLID's technical systems, together with our technical partners.
B-team (Business team):
The Business team is responsible for researching the possible applications of SOLID's technical systems and Metal Fuels in general. It also manages logistics and partner contact.
M-team (Marketing team):
The Marketing team is responsible for SOLID's corporate identity, branding and communication to external parties.
H-team (Human Resources team)
The Human Resources team is responsible for the health and productivity of SOLID's members. The HR team also takes care of recruiting and coaching new members.
F-team (Finance team)
The Finance team manages all money flows within SOLID. The team makes a budget for all subteams and makes sure this budget is met.
We strive for a team of 25-30 members, of which around 10 full-time, in a configuration where every sub-team has at least one full-timer. Please note that part-timers play an essential role within the subteams as well.
