TEAM CAPTAIN

The Team Captain is responsible

for the overall mission, vision and strategy of SOLID. Besides  this, the team captain represents  SOLIDtowards external  parties  and  the media. Finally, the Team Captain motivates and activates the team. 

SYSTEM ARCHITECT

The System Architect is responsible for all technical processes within SOLID. The System Architect oversees and delegates all technical tasks, is the main contact for all technical partners and manages the technical team. The System Architect is responsible for the final technical product of SOLID.

BUSINESS MANAGER

The Business Manager runs the Business Team and is responsible for achieving this team's goals. These includes market researches, contact with companies and logistics management.

MARKETING MANAGER

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the functioning of the marketing team within SOLID. This includes being responsible for organizing and attending various events, maintaining social media channels, the design of merchandise and making sure SOLID communicates a clear and concise message.

HR MANAGER

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere within SOLID, creating an efficient workflow preventing 

stress and ensuring continuity for the SOLID identity. Next to that the HR Manager is also in charge of recruiting and coaching new members.

FINANCE MANAGER

The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial administration of SOLID and it ensures that all subsidies  and other money flows are handled well. This entails spending and budgeting the subsidies but also creating the final reports of all subsidies. 

ENGINEER

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for maintaining a good atmosphere within SOLID, creating an efficient workflow,  preventing 

stress and ensuring continuity for the SOLID identity. Next to that the HR Manager is also in charge of recruiting and coaching new members.

PLANNER

stress and ensuring continuity for the SOLID identity. Next to that the HR Manager is also in charge of recruiting and coaching new members.

APPLICATION FORM

The applications will consist of your personal details, short responses to several questions and your CV.

There will be two application rounds:

  • The first round will start on March 9 and end on April 19

  • The second round will start on April 20 and end on June 7
     

The reason behind having two rounds is to make sure we are able to make a good selection of applicants to create a balanced team. Applying during the first round will give you a higher chance of selection, since none of the spots for the functions will be taken. In case of missing the first round for any reason, then the second round is still a wonderful opportunity to apply for a year at SOLID, because there might still be a great spot left open for you.

Within a week after the application period has ended, you will receive a notice of whether you have been selected for an interview or not.

INTERVIEW

The interview will be conducted by the HR team of SOLID and could include questions regarding your CV and responses provided in the application. During this interview, we also try to discover together with you which function would suit you best. Shortly after all the interviews have been held you will be informed whether or not you have been invited to join SOLID 2020-2021!
